Resident Directors live in on-site apartments and provide consistent structure, mentorship, and support. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the house, guide academic progress, and foster a warm, healthy environment where scholars can thrive — personally and academically.

Our cook plays a vital role in the rhythm of the house, working closely with scholars to develop healthy weekly menus and prepare nourishing, home-style meals. His presence in the kitchen is more than culinary — it’s a steady source of care, connection, and community.
